Refunds in Case of Company Error

 If we make an error in the production or printing of your custom design that does not meet your original specifications or exhibits obvious defects, we are committed to correcting it immediately.

 To request a refund due to our error, you must provide us with clear and detailed evidence of the error, such as photographs or an accurate description of the issue.

 After verifying the error, we will proceed to make the necessary changes and resend the corrected product to you at no additional cost.

 

Refund Exclusions

 We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Errors or inaccuracies in designs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer when placing the order.

Changes in design preferences or colors after the order has been completed.

Disagreement with the final design if it has been previously approved by the customer before production.

Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or delays, extreme weather conditions, or transportation problems.
